I decided to try them out, put a call forward, and they showed up the same day. They inspected my property and gave a quote which was very reasonable. I hired them, and they came the next day to do the job. They cleaned, sanitized, disinfected, and made my attic rodent proof. This is how every business needs to be run. Very professional and courteous. They were very accommodating, and met with at me at 7:00 pm on the same day I reached out to them, even though it meant they would hit rush hour traffic on the 10 fwy. I've had Advanced Attic Solutions do two types of insulation for me before. Once to do wall insulation and the second time for attic insulation. The staff is knowledgeable from the first phone call in. I almost did and expensive and unnecessary project, simply because I didn't know any better. Luckily the person I spoke to on the phone told me none of that was necessary and she would send out the estimator. The estimator was a very nice guy who took his time explaining what the cost was for and what the insulation process would be like. They focus heavily on customer service. Leo was recommended from a friend and got 3 more quotes but out of all of them he was the most responsive and professional. I trusted him and gave him a big insulation job which he did quickly and got done on time as he promised. Had to do a wine cellar insulation so went back to him and he did it again and this time he did more then insulation which was doing special drywall and HVAC work. Again was done faster then i thought because he would even come there at nights to finish it on-time. Highly recommended for insulation; and HVAC and for me drywall and some demo work. Priced very well among all of them as well.

I heard about them through a referral on Next Door and their bid was lower than others and Leo was very friendly and straightforward. So I hired them and they did an awesome job cleaning out my filthy attic and all the little trash bits and rotten insulation, completely disinfecting and rodent proofing it. Also had them install a solar attic fan which works great. They used spray foam to seal all the air leak spots. Already my house feels much cooler. Biggest thing about these guys is they are VERY customer service oriented. They addressed all of my concerns completely and thoroughly and made sure I was 100% satisfied with their work. Would highly recommend them, one of the very best contractors I've hired in a long time.

Evil rodents invaded my attic!!!! I searched through Google for best way to deal with this problem and found out that these guys were near by affordable and could be there the same day! When they arrived they checked all around and put solution that includes removing old insulation, attic cleaning, rodent proofing (extremely important or they will come back) and installing new energy efficient insulation. I hired them right away and thank god i did! I'm extremely happy with their service because they did a very clean job and kept me in the mix throughout the entire day. In fact, they even kept sending me photos and updates while I was at work. I could not expect for any better and will highly recommend them to anyone. Attic insulation damaged by infestation by infestation of rodents or by water from a leaky roof requires removal to prevent further contamination in the home.
Wet insulation can cause mold. The process of removing insulation starts our team creating a tunnel made by plastic that carefully seals the living space leading
to attic access, preventing contamination.
We put paper on the floors to prevent unnecessary marks or damages. Inside the tunnel we run the tube of the extremely strong
and powerful vacuum machine that stays outside the house. Inside the attic the crew carefully removes all of the insulation, placing it in in special insulation removal
bags and disposes of it properly. This process can take up to four hours for an attic space of approximately 1000 sq ft.
Although customers do not need to leave the house, it is recommended to do so because this process can be noisy.
We use DSV which stands for disinfectant, sanitation, virucide.
This is antimicrobial disinfectant used on floor joists and attic floors.
DSV is a broad spectrum disinfectant, sanitizer, virucide, mildewstat, fungicide product, all in one package.
It kills 31 strains of bacteria and 19 different viruses. This multipurpose solution used against disease-causing bacteria and is highly effective for sanitation.
We install two different typed of insulation described below,
Banket: batts, and rolls. This is insulation that comes in two different types of materials including fiberglass, or minerals (Rock Wool or Denim).
It is either 16 or 24 inches wide. It is fitted between studs, joists and beams in unfinished walls, attics and/or craw spaces.
Blown-in and loose-fill insulation. This type of insulation comes as either cellulose or fiberglass. We apply this insulation only in the attic. Before installing blown-in insulation in the attic,
we cap all recessed lighting and install baffles next to soffit vents which prevent them from becoming obstructed by insulation and helps reduce wind washing by directing air flow away from the insulation.
For all insulation needs we use sustainable insulation by CertainTeed (except cellulose insulation). For cellulose insulation we use Greenfiber, which is an economical blend of recycled newspaper that has been treated for harsh climates.
R-value is the measure of the insulation’s ability to resist heat. A higher R-value means a better thermal performance of the insulation.
Spray-in is more expensive and more efficient. As the spray expands, it covers every nook & cranny that sometimes fiberglass doesn't. Existing homes can be sprayed-in as well, but they must meet certain conditions. Call us now to find out if yours qualify.
